In this webinar, Professor Dobrochna Futro, a Lecturer in Education at the University of Glasgow, presented a number of art-based activities that enhance language learning through translanguaging practices. These multimodal learning activities also help create a more inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of the multilingual realities of today's classrooms. Professor Futro shared projects that she has led and co-led in various teaching contexts with multilingual students and that have proven to be helpful in supporting students' language gains.
